Pricing Policy
A Looplex contractual arrangement may combine a subscription, platform consumption, and implementation and enhancement services. The accepted commercial proposal or Order identifies the products, quantities, prices, and conditions selected for your organization.
Plans and included resources
Subscription plans combine products, features, access rights, and usage limits. Depending on the offering, they may include users, storage capacity, AI Credits, calculations, monitoring, document retrieval, and other resources.
For platform plans with unified access, the contracted user count applies across the included products, subject to the permissions and features available in each plan. Additional products and specific offerings may have their own access rights, as identified in the contractual arrangement.
Each allowance has its own quantity, purpose, and usage period. Storage, monitoring, document retrieval, and AI processing may represent separate resources. Inclusion of one does not imply inclusion of the others. Expansions, replenishments, and overage consumption are subject to the conditions and authorizations of the contractual arrangement.
Artificial Intelligence services
Looplex’s artificial intelligence services, including Assistant, Intelligence, and other AI features, are billed based on consumption through AI Credits, regardless of the mode of use — Copilot or Autopilot. In Copilot mode, AI provides interactive assistance to the user; in Autopilot mode, it performs delegated work. In both modes, AI service charges are based on the processing performed, with no per-user AI charge. Billing does not depend on moving from Copilot to Autopilot: processing performed during a Copilot interaction already consumes AI Credits.
Product access rights and the number of users covered by a plan are separate from AI consumption. Inclusion of an AI service in a plan identifies its availability; the quantity of included credits must be stated separately. A subscription or access license, including one priced per user, does not provide unlimited AI use or exempt consumption from metering. When an AI Credit allowance is provided, interactions and work draw from that balance, subject to its quantity, validity period, and overage rules.
AI Credits may be purchased on a recurring basis, as part of the subscription or as a recurring add-on, or through one-time packages. Recurring purchases offer more favorable commercial terms: the price per credit purchased through a one-time package is substantially higher than the price applicable to recurring purchases. Quantities and prices are specified in the offering or Order. A one-time purchase does not automatically increase the recurring commitment or the quantities provided in future replenishments.
As a general rule, recurring credits are made available at the start of each monthly cycle and expire at its end, with no rollover to the next cycle, including under annual or multiyear contracts. Annual cycles or other arrangements for availability, validity, and rollover require an express contractual provision. One-time packages have their own validity periods, as provided in the AI Credit Consumption Policy and the applicable offering.
For work with a predefined scope, we also offer billing per classified event, with a fixed price per unit of work in Brazilian reais (BRL) or credits, which may include contracted allowances. The contractual arrangement identifies the processing covered, the billing trigger, and any additional resources. The same work included in the unit will not also be charged under the dynamic consumption model.
AI Credit balances and consumption are consolidated by organization across eligible products and channels. Administrators may monitor usage and configure parameters by user, team, or organizational unit, depending on the features available in the offering. Rules for metering, authorization, replenishment, validity, and overages are set out in the AI Credit Consumption Policy.
Add-ons and additional packages
Add-ons are products added to the contractual arrangement, such as Litiganty alongside Promad or Calcula.ai alongside Looplex. Their availability and conditions depend on the offering.
Additional packages expand plan quantities or capacities, such as users, storage, AI Credits, classified events, document retrievals, or calculations. Each add-on or package has its own usage rights, price, frequency, and validity period, as specified in the contractual arrangement.
Recurring add-ons and one-time packages may have different commercial conditions and availability and expiration dates. These conditions must be identified in the contractual arrangement. Proration rules for user licenses do not automatically extend to credit packages or other resources.
Professional Services and Managed Services
Implementation, migration, content preparation for AI, templates, customizations, and integrations may be contracted through a package, a project, or Professional Services Credits. These credits may be included in the subscription or purchased separately. A scope of work may have a fixed price in Brazilian reais or credits, or consume credits according to agreed metering criteria. The scope and resource requirements may be specified in the Order or defined for each request or stage before work begins.
Essential Onboarding, when included, has a defined scope. For plans with a monthly commitment, initial implementation is contracted as a separate fixed-price package, which may be paid in installments. Services covered by included credits do not incur additional monetary implementation charges within the authorized balance and scope. See the Professional Services Credit Policy.
Professional Services Credits and AI Credits have distinct purposes and rules. Monthly replenishment of AI Credits does not change the contract term or the treatment of implementation services. Consumption of AI and other platform resources during projects is governed by the rules specific to those resources, unless expressly included in the project price, without duplicate charges for the same resource.
Ongoing operations, support, and maintenance, including for integrations, may be contracted as Managed Services with recurring charges. The Order identifies the services and integrations included, their limits, and any additional charges. Platform consumption and third-party costs are subject to their own conditions unless expressly included in the project or service.
Custom arrangements
The Ultimate plan and other custom arrangements may combine special user counts and capacities, consumption commitments, pricing per classified event, projects, and Managed Services, according to the organization’s needs.
When inference runs on the Customer’s infrastructure or through the Customer’s model account, the Order or project instrument will identify the components running in that environment, who provides and pays for the resources, and which Looplex services remain subject to charges. The cost of inference paid for directly by the Customer is not included in Looplex AI Credits; other Looplex services and resources used are subject to the expressly contracted metrics.
Billing and payments
The Order specifies the currency, term, prices, payment due dates, and payment method. Depending on the contracted component, billing may occur in advance, after consumption, upon replenishment, or at project milestones.
The contract term, payment frequency, availability cycle, and validity of allowances are separate matters. Payment in installments does not change the term or the contracted cycles. An annual contract may provide for monthly payments and monthly AI Credit replenishments without becoming a contract with a monthly commitment.
The start of billing, plan changes, renewal, cancellation, and other procedures are governed by the Order and the Billing Policy. Taxes and withholdings are subject to the conditions expressly stated in the Order and the Terms of Use and License.
Price updates and prior conditions
Prices and conditions may be updated prospectively, subject to the prices and other conditions expressly fixed for the contracted period and the applicable rules for price adjustments, renewal, and cost pass-throughs. Changes affecting the contractual arrangement will be communicated through the contractual channels, in accordance with the Terms of Use and the applicable policies.
Migration offers, promotional conditions, and prior contracts retain their specific terms for as long as they remain applicable. Updates to this policy do not retroactively change charges for resources already consumed or replace expressly contracted commercial conditions.
