Pricing Policy
At Looplex, we offer our customers flexible pricing options that meet their unique needs. Our pricing is based on the features and services included in each subscription plan, as well as the level of usage and any integrations or customizations selected by the customer.
Subscription Plans
We offer various subscription plans, including Fit, Basic, Standard and Pro. Each plan includes a set of features and services, as well as a usage limits. Customers can select the plan that best fits their needs and upgrade or downgrade their plan at any time. For annual or longer-term subscription plans, downgrades, reductions, or cancellations may result in penalties.
Usage Limits
Usage limits are in place to ensure fair use of our platform and to provide all customers with the best possible experience. If a customer exceeds their usage limit, they will be notified and given the option to upgrade to a higher plan or purchase additional usage. Failure to do so may result in service disruptions or additional fees.
Integrations and Customizations
We offer a variety of integrations and customizations that can be added to any subscription plan. Integrations allow our platform to be used in conjunction with third-party tools, while customizations provide additional functionality tailored to specific customer needs. The pricing for integrations and customizations will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the level of complexity and resources required.
Add-ons and additional packages
We also offer a range of add-ons that can be added to any subscription plan, including additional Looplex Cases user licenses, extra cloud storage limits and others. The pricing for these add-ons is pre-determined and can be found on our website.
Billing and Payments
Customers will be billed in advance for their subscription plan and any integrations, customizations, or add-ons. Payments can be made via invoice payment order (Brazilian “boleto bancário”) credit cards, and online payment services. Corporate clients on a Premium subscription plan that uses cloud-based procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba can negotiate special arrangements for supplier payment via bank account debit.
Prices are in Brazilian Reais (BRL) and include all applicable taxes or fees. Payments made outside of Brazilian territory may incur additional foreign exchange taxes or taxes on the import/export of services, depending on the country. Late payments may result in service interruptions and/or additional fees.
Changes to Pricing Policy
We reserve the right to modify our pricing policy at any time, with or without notice to our customers. Any changes to pricing will only affect new customers or customers who upgrade or downgrade their plan after the date of the change. We will make our best efforts to notify existing customers of any pricing changes that may affect them.
