The Privacy Policy of Looplex S.A. and other companies in the group, which includes its direct or indirect controllers and subsidiaries, as well as its affiliates and entities under common control in Brazil (“Looplex”), was created to demonstrate our commitment to always handle your personal data with security, privacy, and transparency. This Privacy Policy describes the personal data we collect when you participate in a Looplex selection process, register on our platform, or voluntarily submit your resume. It also describes how personal data is used, stored, shared, and your rights regarding this data. We recommend a careful reading.
Introduction
This Privacy Policy applies to the recruitment and selection platforms used by Looplex to conduct its selection processes. At Looplex, we are committed to protecting your personal data and complying with the applicable laws and regulations related to personal data processing. By accepting the terms of this Privacy Policy, you acknowledge that the controller of your personal data, i.e., the company responsible for making decisions regarding the processing of your personal data, is Looplex S.A., registered under CNPJ No. 20.026.785/0001-89, headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil, at Rua Cardeal Arcoverde, nº 2365, Pinheiros, ZIP Code 05407-003.
1. Application
Whenever you see a term starting with a capital letter in this Policy, it means that it has a specifically defined meaning. Every time the terms “Looplex,” “we,” or “our” are mentioned, they refer to Looplex; similarly, whenever the terms “you,” “your,” or “yours” are mentioned, they refer to you. This Privacy Policy applies to all job candidates for vacancies opened by Looplex. The practices described in this Privacy Policy apply only to the processing of your personal data in Brazil and are subject to applicable local laws, particularly Law No. 13.709/2018 (General Data Protection Law, or “LGPD”), upon its entry into force.
2. What Personal Data Looplex Collects During the Selection Process
2.1. When you participate in our selection process, we collect some personal data related to you. In some cases, you provide your personal data directly to Looplex, but we may also receive your personal data from partners we hire for specific purposes, such as recruiting for specific vacancies. By accepting the terms of this Privacy Policy, you expressly agree to provide only true, current, and accurate personal data and not to alter your identity or personal data in any way. During the selection process, Looplex may collect the following personal data:
- Full name;
- Email;
- Phone number;
- Location (city);
- Resume (professional profile, academic and educational data, work history, and other information you provide in your resume);
- Cover letter;
- Information from your LinkedIn profile if you choose to connect with Looplex;
- Responses to questions about the vacancy you are applying for;
- Salary expectations;
- Declaration of disability status if you choose to inform it;
- Sensitive personal data such as ethnicity, race, and sexual orientation if you choose to inform it; and
- Other personal data you provide.
During the selection process, we may conduct interviews via videoconference. It is important for you to be aware of this because if you do not agree or do not want to participate in these videoconference interviews, we will not be able to proceed with your selection process.
3. How Looplex Uses Your Personal Data
3.1. We process your personal data to conduct the selection process, which means we may:
- Manage and control candidates’ resumes for open vacancies to assess the necessary requirements, contact you, and conduct the selection process;
- Obtain and verify personal and professional references;
- If applicable, prepare job offers, whether binding or non-binding, for selected candidates after the selection process ends;
- Prepare statistical reports and maintain a record of candidates’ history;
- Improve our selection process by sending satisfaction surveys to candidates; and
- Comply with legal and/or regulatory obligations imposed on Looplex, including the Brazilian Law for the Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities (Law No. 13.146/15).
For some positions requiring access to financial, strategic, or client data, we may conduct a background check (criminal and/or financial). For this specific purpose, Looplex will notify you when this background check process is necessary and may request additional personal data such as your full name, parentage details, date of birth, ID number, CPF, or passport.
4. Sharing Personal Data
4.1. Looplex may share your data if you request it. Data sharing may also occur with Looplex’s group companies, third-party partners, and regulatory authorities for various purposes when necessary. All data sharing will be conducted within the limits and purposes of our business and in compliance with applicable law. Below is a summary of the categories of suppliers with whom we typically share your personal data:

4.1.1. Consulting firms for foreign candidates:
- Shared data: Name, email, and passport number
- Purpose: To obtain guidance and requirements for hiring foreign residents outside Brazil.

4.1.2. Business partners and credit bureaus conducting background checks for specific positions:
- Shared data: Name, parentage details, date of birth, address, ID number, CPF, or passport.
- Purpose: To conduct background checks as necessary, with prior notification to the candidate.

4.1.3. Relocation and mobility partners:
- Shared data: Name, date of birth, address, ID number, CPF, or passport.
- Purpose: To assist with relocation, mobility, or moving services, if applicable.

4.1.4. Technical and operational partners:
- Shared data: Name and email.
- Purpose: To enhance our selection processes.
5. Retention and Deletion of Your Personal Data
We delete your personal data three (3) years after the end of your selection process unless the retention of personal data for additional periods is necessary to fulfill legal and/or regulatory obligations or for Looplex’s regular exercise of rights. However, Looplex may delete your personal data earlier at its discretion.
6. Your Rights as a Personal Data Subject
With the entry into force of the LGPD, as a data subject, you have the right to exercise your rights with the controllers of your personal data. We provide the detailed mechanisms below to ensure that you understand clearly and transparently how to exercise your rights. Our team will be ready to address any requests. Your rights include:

Confirmation of the existence of data processing: The fact that you are a candidate means that we process your personal data, even if this processing involves, among other things, storing personal data in a secure and controlled environment. You can request confirmation from Looplex about whether we process your personal data.

Access to personal data: You can request that Looplex inform you and provide the personal data it holds about you.

Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated personal data: If you notice that your personal data is incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated, you can request correction or supplementation from Looplex. To do so, you will need to submit a document proving the correct and updated form of the personal data. Looplex will not update or correct data contained in professional resumes.

Anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary, excessive, or unlawfully processed personal data: If any personal data is processed unnecessarily, excessively, or in violation of the LGPD, you can request Looplex to anonymize, block, or delete the data, provided it is effectively verified that the data is excessive, unnecessary, or unlawful.

Deletion of personal data processed with consent: If you have given your consent for processing your personal data, you can request the deletion of this data, where applicable.

Information about companies with which Looplex has shared or from which it received your personal data: You can request that Looplex inform you about third parties with whom it has shared or from whom it has received your personal data.

Information about the possibility of not providing consent and the consequences of refusal: If your consent is necessary for any phase of the selection process, you can ask Looplex to clarify whether it is possible to proceed without your consent or what the consequences of not providing consent would be.

Revocation of consent: If you have given your consent for processing your personal data, you may request its revocation. Revocation of consent may result in the inability to proceed with the selection process.

Automated decisions: Looplex does not make solely automated decisions in its selection processes. If these are implemented at some point, you can request a review of decisions made exclusively based on automated data processing that affect your interests and request information about the criteria used in these decisions.

Portability and right to petition: Once the right to portability is regulated by the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD), you may request Looplex to transfer your personal data to another service provider.

- Service history: You may always contact Looplex, and we may also contact you. Whether by email or phone, conversations may be stored and used as evidence in legal proceedings if necessary or in other legally permitted situations.
7. International Transfer of Personal Data
Some or all of your personal data may be transferred abroad, for instance, when stored by Looplex in cloud computing servers located outside Brazil. For such transfers, Looplex adheres to all legal requirements and employs best practices for security and privacy to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of your personal data. You acknowledge that Looplex may transfer your personal data internationally, including to countries with different privacy laws and standards, for:
- Its affiliates, subsidiaries, and all companies in the same economic group to evaluate candidates, conduct selection processes, and maintain statistical and candidate history records; and
- Service providers managing, controlling, and administering candidates and selection processes.
8. Security Measures
Looplex employs various security measures to ensure the integrity of your personal data, adhering to industry information security standards when collecting and storing personal data. Personal data may also be stored using cloud computing and emerging technologies to improve and enhance our services and security.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
Looplex may alter, update, expand, or restrict the content and scope of this Privacy Policy at any time at its sole discretion. Whenever a relevant condition in this Privacy Policy is modified, such changes will become valid, effective, and binding once the new version is published on our website at www.looplex.com.br/carreiras or sent to you by email. By continuing with your selection process after the Privacy Policy changes, you agree to the new terms—though you may always express your disagreement through our support channels if applicable.
