Looplex Content - Service Description and SLA
This page describes how the Looplex Content module handles storage, security, service continuity, and regulatory compliance, building on the M-Files Cloud service that underpins our customers’ document management and repository services.
Overview
Looplex Content operates on top of the M-Files Premium Cloud, which provides an environment with a dedicated capacity for each customer, with the ability to scale for large volumes of documents and advanced compliance requirements.
Segregated Vault Architecture
Every Looplex customer receives its own private vault; data is not co-located with that of other organizations, with resources being able to be vertically and horizontally expanded without interruption.
For projects that demand even stricter separation, optional Isolated Containers can create fully compartmentalized environments at the container level.
Security and Compliance
Dual encryption – Data is encrypted in transit and at rest; encryption keys can be hosted in the customer’s Azure Key Vault (Hold Your Own Key option).
Advanced monitoring – 24×7 SIEM/SOAR coverage via Microsoft Defender for Cloud and Sentinel.
DDoS protection – Azure’s always-on defense plus Premium-plan mitigation with guaranteed response.
Certifications – Operations audited to ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 22301, SOC 2 and other standards.
Backup, Retenção e Recuperação

Service Continuity & SLA

High availability – Every cluster runs at least two application nodes behind an active load balancer (except for customers who opt for exclusive storage in Brazil); a single-node failure does not interrupt service.

Uptime goal – External monitoring (Pingdom) every minute, with a minimum 99.5 % monthly availability target; 24×7 alerting and response.

Controlled updates – Monthly maintenance windows announced in advance; critical environments may opt for a Custom Upgrade Schedule.

Effective Date
These complementary policies take effect on the date of publication and apply to all customers running Looplex Content in production. Any future changes will be announced on this same page.
