Secure Document Sharing

Secure document sharing has often seemed more aspirational than practical in the legal profession. Sharing via email is convenient but not secure. Using a “client portal” is secure but not convenient. With GDPR and regulatory requirements in some sectors (e.g., Bacen Regulation 4.658 for the financial system), compliance demands are becoming increasingly challenging.

And you don’t have to worry about the file sizes you’re sending!

  • Controlled Access: Share external forms and files via links accessible only to authenticated users with login credentials.

  • eSignatures (Electronic Signatures): Integrate with multiple digital signature services like DocuSign, ClickSign, and others so clients, suppliers, and partners can sign the documents you send and automatically return them to you. Specify where you want the document to be signed and send a secure link to their email address.

  • Contextual Negotiation and Sharing: Save time in the negotiation and review process of files with internal or external lawyers and partners.
