Identification & Registration

The moment a file enters the system — via upload, email, client request, ERP integration, or court-scraping — Copilot extracts docket numbers, tax IDs, party names, key dates, and other essential markers, while determining the document class (pleading, contract, power of attorney, court order, corporate record, etc.).

Classification & Typification

Copilot pinpoints the document’s role in the legal flow. Is it an answer, a contract addendum, an injunction order, a special appeal? NLP models trained on millions of Brazilian documents label the procedural or business function of the file, so deadline systems, work assignment, approvals, or clause reviews can fire automatically.

Comprehension & Content

At the deepest level, large language models fine-tuned to the Looplex Reference Semantic Model break the text down into facts, legal theories, clauses, obligations, monetary values, compliance risks, and litigation KPIs. The data returns normalized, ready to feed win-probability dashboards, due-diligence engines, contract-risk analytics, and even automated drafting. All context is stored as structured metadata that flows directly into Looplex Cases, Looplex Content, and Looplex Builder, or into any external DMS and case-management software.

Copilot’s value doesn’t stop at understanding – it triggers operational automation. After classification and extraction, the agent applies business rules set by the legal team and silently launches every task needed to move the matter or contract forward. When an initial complaint arrives, Copilot identifies claims and requests, matches each theory against evidence already stored in Looplex Content, and issues automatic requests where gaps exist: ordering an expert report, pulling invoices from the ERP, scheduling witness interviews over Teams, and more. Human-dependent tasks are assigned to clear owners, tracked in real time on control-tower dashboards – fully versioned, traceable, and with late-task alerts. Contract scenarios work the same way. A new tech-services agreement fires a supplier-onboarding pipeline: security due diligence by IT, collection of labor-law certificates when subcontracting is involved, and so forth. Once every requirement turns green, Copilot notifies Procurement that the vendor is cleared to sign. Routine chores vanish from attorneys’ desks, strategic work arrives pre-packed with evidence, and business response times shrink from days to hours – or minutes!
