Monitoring
Looplex Monitoring
Component for capturing, unifying, and enriching litigation data within the Looplex ecosystem
Overview
Looplex Monitoring feeds every Looplex product—Copilot, Autopilot, Builder, and Cases—with reliable, near-real-time court information.
Through a multi-source OEM model, it orchestrates data from three market leaders—Publicações On Line (POL), Solucionare, Predictus, and Digesto—working in parallel and redundantly. Together they provide the broadest national coverage of:
- official gazette notices and electronic court publications (EJUD, DJE, PJe, PROJUDI, etc.);
- procedural events from first instance up to the superior courts (TRFs, STJ, STF, specialized tribunals);
- initial case filings with complete metadata (parties, amounts, procedural classes);
- predictive analytics and statistical risk dashboards.
Architecture in a nutshell
Each supplier runs its own scraping robots; Looplex acts as the data orchestrator, normalising fields, deduplicating records, and exposing everything through a single API to the rest of the platform.
Core functionalities
Layer | What it does | How it appears inside Looplex |
---|---|---|
Automatic ingestion | 24/7 harvesting of gazettes, public portals, and official APIs | Unified event feed in Looplex Cases or BI dashboards |
Normalisation & deduplication | Reconciles naming differences, removes duplicates, assigns a GUID to every case | “Process (UID)” record with a clean, continuous timeline |
Alerts & tasking | Fires webhooks, e-mails, or tasks whenever a new notice, deadline, or risk is detected | Kanban task cards, notifications in Microsoft Teams |
Predictive jurimetrics | Win-rate probabilities, average durations, judge profiles | “Legal Analytics” panel in Copilot; variables also exposed via API for playbooks |
Instant due diligence | CPF/CNPJ look-ups before closing deals or extending credit | Direct integration with Looplex Contracts or third-party systems via REST |
Semantic enrichment | Auto-classifies captured documents (answer, judgment, interlocutory order, etc.) using our Reference Semantic Model | Semantic tags ready for filters, KPIs, or automatic drafting |
Typical use cases
-
Litigation operations and notice tracking
Legal departments that juggle large portfolios of civil, labour, and administrative matters rely on Looplex Monitoring to spot every new summons or official publication almost instantly. The moment a relevant event appears, it is stamped onto the case timeline, an alert reaches the responsible team, and – when Looplex Autopilot is enabled – workflows spin up to draft the right pleading, gather evidence, and schedule electronic filing. All deadlines are met without manual docket checks. -
KYC, AML, and credit decisions
Risk and compliance teams can query a CPF or CNPJ in seconds before approving contracts, loans, or vendor onboarding. Looplex Monitoring returns an up-to-date dossier showing pending suits, disputed amounts, past judgments, and loss-probability indicators, enabling sharper, audit-proof credit decisions. -
M&A due diligence
Law firms and boutique advisors sweep the target company’s litigation exposure by combining filing statistics, court-specific risk profiles, and outcome analytics. Insights flow straight into the transaction’s data room, speeding up contingency identification and price-adjustment or escrow negotiations. -
Legal analytics and budgeting
Legal controllers and CFOs harness jurimetric dashboards to forecast average duration, win rates, and likely award amounts by state, matter, and judge. Those metrics feed Expected Credit Loss (ECL) models, accounting provisions, and cost-benefit comparisons between litigating and settling – shifting governance from gut feeling to solid data.
Integration with other Looplex products
- Copilot – suggests tasks, classifies documents, and surfaces risk insights from the incoming events.
- Autopilot – autonomously handles deadlines, drafting, and e-filing triggered by new notices.
- Builder – injects litigation history into contract templates when required.
- Cases – provides the single source of truth, merging public metadata with internal documents.
Conclusion
Looplex Monitoring delivers the most comprehensive litigation-data layer in the Brazilian market, ready to power automation, analytics, and decision-making workflows – without the headaches of juggling multiple vendors, divergent formats, or brittle integrations. It is the “optic nerve” that keeps the entire Looplex ecosystem informed, accurate, and always one step ahead of court deadlines.
