New Features and Improvements
Looplex Copilot – Initial Petition Analysis with Artificial Intelligence
We enhanced the AI-powered analysis of initial petitions in labor and banking matters, refining the guardrails and prompt logic to ensure more accurate and consistent results.
Looplex Content
We launched the new Advanced Electronic Document Management (GED) module.
In this first version, users can already view documents stored in Looplex Content directly from the case record.

Courts, Forums, and Procedures
We restructured the entire organization of courts, forums, and judicial procedures, aligning with the CNJ Unified Procedural Tables System and incorporating data from 100% Digital Courts.
New Case Registration
We introduced a new, more intuitive and user-friendly case registration interface, now divided into logical steps according to the context of completion.
We also improved the terminology of the claim fields to make the form easier to understand and fill out.
New Decision Interface
We completely redesigned the interface and content for judicial decision entries.
Data is now more complete and ready for Artificial Intelligence integration.
New Subcase Nomenclatures for Contract and Corporate Modules
We updated and standardized the subcase registry for Contract and Corporate case types, making the Cases module more suitable for enterprise management, including:
- Holding assemblies
- Organizing boards and committees
- Managing investment funds and their classes
Additionally, it is now possible to manage all types of contracts and terms — whether related to clients, suppliers, HR management, or powers of attorney.

API
We restructured and improved the Cases API.
It is currently used internally by the interface, but public documentation for external integrations will be released soon.
Timeline
We adjusted the date filter so that the end period automatically includes an additional 30 days, making it easier to view scheduled case tasks.
New Tenant (Subscription) Selection Screen
We made it easier to switch and transfer between tenants (subscriptions) for clients operating across multiple databases.
Disabled Fields
We adjusted the text color of disabled fields to improve readability and identification of their content.
Bug Fixes
Tasks Module
- The search function now considers the task’s end date (“Due by”) instead of the start date.
- The date picker component has been replaced with a more intuitive and user-friendly one.
Document Download and Upload (Looplex Storage)
- Fixed an error that prevented file downloads in closed cases.
- Fixed an issue where attachments from case progress records were not listed correctly.
Translations
- Reviewed and corrected several translations throughout the system.
Calculation
- Fixed an issue that displayed the updated amount as R$ 0.00 on the interface, even when the calculation returned a positive value.
Case List
- Fixed behavior that allowed multiple clicks and resulted in a “Page Not Found” message.
- The case closing date can no longer be left empty.
- Clearing the search term now restores the list to its original state.
- Fixed a bug that displayed completed tasks as open within the case record.
- Fixed a bug that displayed undefined forum even for cases with hierarchy filled.
- Fixed a client registration bug that, in specific cases, failed to link the client record and created a duplicate party entry.
Analysis
- Fixed the behavior of the Finish and Continue Later buttons in the analysis module to ensure proper operation.
Professional Offboarding
- Fixed a bug that, in specific cases, did not display hearings on the professional offboarding screen.
