What’s New and Improved

Filters and Sorting

New filtering and sorting interfaces in the Cases and Tasks lists, providing more control and agility in everyday use. The lists also received visual improvements and multiple selection in search fields. We will soon extend this functionality to the other modules.

Tasks

Performance optimization in the Tasks module, making loading and navigation faster.

Timer

The Timer is now available in SaaS. Track your activities and log hours more easily:

  • Register multiple simultaneous timers.
  • Edit values and generate timesheets directly from the timer.
  • Timers are saved in your session and resumed when you reopen the platform.
  • Item counter and action shortcuts in the header.

Note: this Timer is independent and is not related to the Law Office timer.

Document Analysis

We redesigned the entire AI-powered legal document analysis experience. Analyses are now segmented, faster, and more accurate, and the file upload interface is simpler. Analysis options are now loaded dynamically, without fixed lists.

Case Registration

Registration is now smarter:

  • Court division and court venue are filled in automatically when entering the CNJ number and court level.
  • The estimated closing date is calculated based on the average duration of the court division, forum, judicial district, or court, depending on the data available at the time of registration.
  • When a case has incomplete legacy data, the system requests completion of the updated hierarchy.

Case Pre-Registration

It is now possible to pause a registration halfway through and save the data to complete it later. The new Pre-Registration screen gathers records that have been started but not yet finalized, pending review and completion.

New Naming for Contract and Corporate Subcases

We updated labels, naming, and translations for case types and subtypes related to Contract and Corporate matters, making classification clearer.

Timeline

The case timeline now displays Document Analysis items and allows them to be opened directly for editing.

New Tenant Selection Screen (Subscriptions)

We improved the client context switching experience: when you have access to more than one database, you can switch between them more simply and securely.

Tasks

  • Task completion forms linked to workflows now take up more screen space, making them easier to view and complete.
  • Fixed an issue where some tasks did not display their description in the Tasks module. Cases
  • Adjustment to the search by Case ID (legacy).
  • Improvements to the registration and display of decisions.
  • Added page transitions for smoother navigation.
  • Fixed the order of additional data in specific cases.
  • The attachment upload window now closes automatically once the upload is complete. Publications, Notices, and Movements
  • The Cancel filter button has been renamed to Clear.
  • Fixed an error when opening a publication not linked to a case. Platform
  • Adjusted and improved client context switching to access another database when the user has the required permission. Professional Offboarding
  • Fixed the issue where hearings did not appear on the professional offboarding screen. Translations
  • Adjustments to the login screen and labor case texts.
