What’s New and Improved

Subtasks

It is now possible to create subtasks within a task, each with its own title, assignees, and template. Subtasks are visible on the form and are preserved when editing.

Task List

The task list gained new capabilities: tasks can now be completed and deleted directly from the list, without opening the record. An export-to-Excel button and default sorting by due date were also added.

Task Filters

Task filters were expanded: date-range selection by start and due date, filtering by other participants, tags showing the applied filters’ selected range, and a button to clear filters.

Task Calculation

The task deadline calculation information panel was redesigned, with clearer presentation of the data.

Case Pre-Registration

A case registration can now be saved partway through and resumed later. The Pre-Registration screen gathers all saved records that have not yet been finalized, with search, filters, sorting, and pagination. Pre-registrations with incomplete parties are flagged, and the CNJ number is validated before finalization.

Case Registration

Hierarchy fields are now optional and can be cleared. External number labels vary according to the case type.

Party and Participant Registration

New participant registration interface, with more organized steps. Address search now normalizes the text entered, improving results, and party search is now paginated.

List Filters

The filter panels for the case and task lists were standardized, with the same width, scroll behavior, and spacing. This standardization will soon reach the other modules as well.

Dashboards

Dashboards gained a search bar to quickly find the desired panel.

Bug Fixes

Tasks

  • Fixed task completion from the task list
  • Fixed editing behavior: an edit is only submitted when something has changed
  • When switching a task’s template, linked fields, other participants, and subtasks are now cleared correctly
  • Task templates now appear in alphabetical order
  • Fixed the display of participants in the tasks table
  • Fixed date filters: switching the filter type no longer alters dates already entered
  • When editing a subtask, the title is now displayed correctly
  • Fixed task loading within a case’s context

Case Pre-Registration

  • Deleting a pre-registration is now reliable
  • The list reloads correctly to the first page after filters are applied
  • Requester, hierarchy, and location fields are populated when opened for editing
  • The status filter is now only applied after confirmation
  • The external number field is cleared when filters are reset
  • The requester column now correctly reflects the professionals loaded

Case Registration

  • Fixed the display of hierarchy instances in some scenarios
  • Scroll position is reset when switching steps in the form
  • Fixed the sorting of hierarchy options
  • The non-distributed case field is now shown in administrative registration

Cases

  • The attachment upload window now closes correctly after the upload completes
  • Fixed the search by (legacy) Case ID
  • Fixed the registration and display of decisions

Publications, Notices, and Movements

  • Fixed an error when opening details of a publication not linked to a case
  • The active tab now stays stable when opening and closing the filter

Dashboards and Charts

  • Fixed the display of the monetary values chart, with two-decimal formatting
  • The charts’ plotting area was enlarged for better visualization

Timesheet

  • Fixed the block on logging hours when the professional does not have a default area

Translations

  • Adjusted labels for external number, active party, and passive party by case type
  • Fixed the spelling of “title” in task fields
  • Adjusted translations on the login screen and for labor cases
