Looplex Monitoring gathers information from monitored sources and connected systems to keep matter and project context up to date.

These inputs can populate the organization’s records, support analysis with Intelligence, and provide supporting information for work performed with Assistant.

Court Monitoring

The capture of court publications, notices, and docket updates is supported by Publicações Online, a Looplex group company.

Incoming information can be linked to the relevant proceedings and used in the processing workflows defined by the organization. Coverage follows the contracted sources and services.

Other providers can be connected through plug-ins, depending on the integration and the solution’s scope.

Public Sources and Organizational Systems

In addition to court monitoring, connections can gather information from public portals and the systems used by the organization, including document repositories and applications containing supporting information for legal work.

Integrations can use APIs, connectors, and RPA. The access method depends on the source and the permissions granted.

A record received from a client’s system, for example, can supplement the context needed to examine a matter. A captured document can become part of the materials used in a delegated assignment.

From Captured Data to Working Context

Collection can be recurring or on demand. Organizing inputs may involve platform processing capabilities to connect data and documents with the relevant matters.

Monitoring provides the context used by enabled products and workflows. This information can support either an interaction guided by the user or an activity in Autopilot mode.

The sources accessed, refresh intervals, and available data depend on the contracted terms and the access permitted at each source.

From Captured Information to Legal Action

Information gathered by Monitoring can feed Looplex Intelligence, which considers the incoming content, matter context, and the organization’s criteria to suggest actions to the lawyer.

A new court notice, for example, can be captured by Monitoring and analyzed by Intelligence alongside the matter’s history. Based on that analysis, the professional can assess whether to gather documents, examine an issue, or prepare a filing.

When the selected action requires an assignment to be carried out, it can be routed to Looplex Assistant with the applicable instructions and approvals.

In workflows that use Works, the tool organizes intake, priority, and assignment according to the playbooks. Captured information may also simply update a matter’s context or supplement an existing assignment.

Monitoring also supplies information directly to other platform capabilities, according to the workflow configured for each operation.

• Collecting supporting information: supplement the materials needed for the lawyer and Assistant to develop an analysis or prepare a deliverable.
• New information in a negotiation: incorporate documents and records available in connected systems to support assessment of the matter.
• Updates to public information: provide inputs for the team to examine their relevance to the matters and projects being monitored.

Capture is one stage of the work. Interpretation and routing depend on the products, criteria, and workflows used by the organization.

In Copilot mode, the information made available can support an interaction guided by the user. In Autopilot mode, it can form part of a configured assignment, with work monitored in Workbench.

Service Availability

The current offering uses one provider selected by Looplex for each capability. A preview of the option with multiple providers is planned for the first quarter of 2027.

Available capture services and integrations follow the scope contracted for the organization.
