Looplex Autopilot

Looplex Autopilot is the platform’s governed AI execution layer. While Copilot is your interactive assistant, Autopilot is the engine that drives tasks from end to end.

You define the goal – such as “Prepare the defense templates for this case” or “Review this batch of contracts according to our playbook” – and Autopilot takes over the operational coordination. It applies the organization’s playbooks to define steps, consult the right sources, execute business rules, and trigger the necessary AI agents.

Governed autonomy at every step

Autopilot does not improvise workflows. Execution is always organized as a persistent work order, meaning the activity continues running in the background even if you close the screen.

To ensure accuracy and security, Autopilot:

  • Understands the goal: Identifies the input data, pulling context from integrated systems, APIs, or uploaded documents.
  • Applies the playbook: Strictly follows the business rules, limits, and criteria approved by the organization.
  • Coordinates agents and tools: Triggers digital specialists to extract data, analyze clauses, draft texts, or perform calculations, combining AI with deterministic rules.
  • Requests human intervention: The process pauses at the right moments so you can approve a strategy, resolve an exception, or validate a document before moving forward.

From processing to delivery

Autopilot’s capability extends from point-in-time analysis to conducting entire processes:

  • Decision analysis: It can process rulings, map requests, structure the results, and automatically make them available for calculations or registration.
  • Defense preparation: Autopilot retrieves court records, classifies documents, gathers subsidies, drafts a defense strategy, and submits the draft for your final review. This feature is highly effective for creating standardized argumentation and handling mass banking litigation defenses.
  • Contract reviews: It identifies obligations, classifies risks, and suggests negotiation positions. You can use it, for instance, to audit compliance with partners’ resolutions in articles of incorporation amendments.

Looplex Workbench: Your control panel

All human interaction with Autopilot happens centrally in the Looplex Workbench. It is in this environment that you track the progress of work orders, respond to AI requests, compare document versions, and approve final deliveries. The level of control required in the Workbench is always proportional to the risk: actions with significant legal effects require your express authorization, ensuring scale without sacrificing security.
