Looplex Copilot
Looplex Copilot is a continuous collaboration experience natively embedded into Looplex products. Instead of opening a blank screen and having to explain the entire scenario to the artificial intelligence, Copilot already knows exactly where you are.
It understands the currently selected object—whether a case, a contract, a dashboard, or a client—and uses the information you have permission to access.

A conversation that understands your environment
Copilot’s context and skills adapt to the product you are currently using:
- In Looplex Cases: When opening a lawsuit, you can ask questions about documents, allegations, deadlines, and decisions for that specific case.
- In Looplex Builder: Copilot helps interpret interview logics, automation rules, and complex clauses during document modeling.
- In Looplex Content: It quickly retrieves information, locating references and answering questions about the contents in your repository.
- In Looplex Finance and Dashboards: It helps interpret financial indicators, explain value variations, and understand the factors impacting results.
What can you do with Copilot?
Designed for quick interactions, Copilot accelerates your analysis and ideation capabilities. You can ask it to:
- Summarize contracts or specific datasets.
- Identify and compare relevant information for a meeting.
- Suggest questions, legal arguments, or next steps in a legal matter.
- Draft emails, notes, and texts.
You can, for example, ask Copilot to explain the impacts of a specific clause regarding the disproportionate distribution of profits and dividends in a corporate charter you are analyzing, or ask about the plaintiff’s allegations and claims in the selected lawsuit.
You are in control of the interactions
Copilot acts strictly under your direction. You decide what to ask, which suggestions to use, and how the final text should be adjusted. Because it focuses on on-demand assistance, Copilot converses about the documents and information that are already in your environment.
If you need to send a new batch of documents for structured reading, data extraction, and system registration, Copilot will indicate that this is a complex or persistent task that must be handled by Autopilot. Upon your acceptance, it will route the execution to the Workbench environment.
