Export — Information delivery and system updates
Deliver court information, documents, and work results directly to the systems used by your organization.
Looplex Export delivers information, documents, and work results directly to the systems used by your organization. It connects information capture and the execution of legal activities to record updates in the environments where the team manages its operations.
At Publicações Online, this capability is known as Exportação and delivers court notices, docket updates, and information about newly filed cases to third-party management systems. Export is also used in client projects to record information and results from work carried out by Looplex Assistant.
Delivery of court information
Information captured by Publicações Online can be delivered directly to the management system used by the law firm or legal department.
Depending on the scope of the integration, this delivery may include entering information and updating records within the destination system. The data sent, fields populated, and operations performed are defined according to the client’s needs and the capabilities available in each system.
Supported systems include Benner, Legal One, and eLaw, among others used by organizations.
A docket update, for example, can be added to the corresponding case record, allowing the team to track the information in the environment where it already works.
Updates on work carried out by the Assistant
Export also connects work carried out by Looplex Assistant to the client’s management systems.
In addition to producing a deliverable, the workflow can include recording what was done and updating the relevant information in the destination system. Depending on the configured integration, this may involve:
- Recording an activity performed or updating its status.
- Adding information resulting from an analysis.
- Attaching documents and other deliverables to the corresponding record.
- Updating data for a case, contract, or matter tracked by the organization.
For example, a contract review workflow can use the Assistant to analyze a document and prepare a deliverable. After the required reviews and approvals, Export can attach the result and record the activity’s completion in the client’s management system.
Available operations depend on the scope implemented for each project.
How integrations work
Export can use different methods to deliver information and perform updates:
| Method | Role in the integration |
|---|---|
| API | Enables direct communication between systems to send information and perform the operations made available by the destination system. |
| RPA | Automates sequences of actions in the system’s interface, such as opening a record, filling in fields, and attaching documents. |
| AI agents | Use artificial intelligence to carry out actions in system interfaces within the scope defined for the activity. |
These methods can be used according to the destination system’s characteristics and operational needs. Configuration takes into account authorized access, the data required, and the actions to be performed.
Relationship with other platform capabilities
Export can participate in simple delivery workflows or work involving multiple stages.
Monitoring gathers information from monitored sources. Intake organizes incoming requests and routes work. The Assistant supports or executes delegated work, with oversight in Workbench. Export delivers the relevant information and results to connected systems.
Captured information can be delivered directly to the management system. In other workflows, it may initiate an analysis or a task whose result will later be recorded in that system.
Using Export does not depend on the Assistant’s involvement: court information can also be delivered as part of Publicações Online’s Exportação service.
Availability and configuration
The court information export service and Export invoked by the Assistant are already used in client projects.
Connected systems, information types, update operations, and integration methods are defined according to the organization’s needs and the contracted scope.
An integration with a given system covers the operations implemented for that project. New destinations or actions require an assessment of access capabilities and the configuration needed to support the operation.
