Autopilot

Autopilot is the mode in which the platform conducts an assignment starting from an objective, document, event, or structured request.

In this mode, Looplex Assistant can coordinate operations and activities to produce a deliverable. Execution uses the available context, applies the organization’s instructions, and requests human participation at designated stages.

Work can continue in the background, preserving its progress for later monitoring.

How an Assignment Starts

An assignment in Autopilot can be initiated by a user request, by a handoff from an interaction in Copilot, or by a workflow configured in the platform.

New information can also trigger processing defined by the organization. Intelligence can analyze that input and produce recommendations, while routing follows the applicable rules and authorizations.

Each assignment has an objective and a scope. These guide the operations to be performed and the expected results.

When routing goes through Works, the tool organizes priority, the type of work, and the allocation of responsibilities according to configured policies. Autopilot mode describes how delegated execution is conducted, regardless of the channel through which the assignment began.

Coordinating Operations and Activities

During execution, the platform can gather information, use documents, invoke tools, perform analyses, and prepare deliverables.

Playbooks establish legal and operational criteria, boundaries of action, and conditions for intervention. Configured workflows organize the stages and responsibilities for applying those policies. Depending on the activity, a lawyer may be asked to clarify information, choose between alternatives, review an analysis, or approve a deliverable.

Actions with significant legal effects follow the explicit authorization requirements applicable to the workflow.

Monitoring in Workbench

Workbench is the primary interface for monitoring and guiding assignments in Autopilot.

In this environment, you can check progress, examine results, provide additional instructions, and participate in review and approval stages. Interactions remain associated with the relevant assignment.

Execution can also be initiated through, or integrated with, other systems using the available connections. Workbench brings together the user’s oversight and collaboration experience.

Intelligence and Assistant During Execution

Intelligence can support the interpretation of information and the recommendation of actions within an automated workflow.

Assistant can carry out the assignments defined from those actions, such as document analysis or preparation of a draft. The products retain their purposes, while Autopilot mode organizes how the activity is conducted.

For example, a workflow can analyze an incoming communication and present a recommendation to the lawyer. Once the next step and necessary approvals are established, Assistant can prepare the corresponding deliverable.

Review and Continuity

Results can return to the professional for assessment and adjustments. A revision request then guides the continuation of the assignment, preserving the relationship between instructions and deliverables.

The capabilities used, intervention points, and consumption terms follow the subscribed plan and the organization’s configuration.
