Copilot

Copilot is the mode in which you guide the work through interactions with artificial intelligence. Looplex Assistant participates in the activity within the context of the open module, helping you look up information, develop analyses, and prepare content.

You define what you want to examine, add instructions, and assess the results before choosing the next step.

Assistance in the Context of Your Work

Assistant uses information made available by the environment that you have permission to access.

In Looplex Cases, this may involve a matter’s documents and records. In Content, it may involve materials in the selected collection. In Builder, it may involve elements of a document or template being developed. In management modules, the interaction can help you understand the data presented.

The available actions depend on the capabilities and integrations provided in each module.

Playbooks provide the legal and operational criteria applicable to the interaction. User instructions are considered within the organization’s policies and permissions.

Analysis and Content Development During the Interaction

In Copilot mode, you can request explanations, compare information, explore alternatives, and develop text with Assistant.

Intelligence can also participate in this experience, helping interpret an input and assess possible actions. When examining a client communication, for example, you can clarify the request, identify information needed, and discuss how to handle it.

The user retains direction of the activity: deciding which issues to explore, which suggestions to use, and how to refine the result.

When to Delegate an Assignment

When an activity requires persistent execution, processing document collections, or coordinating operations, you can route it to Autopilot mode.

The objective, scope, and relevant instructions are defined during that handoff. The platform then conducts execution, and you monitor the assignment in Workbench.

When a request uses an intake and assignment workflow, Works organizes its priority and the allocation of responsibilities. Users can also delegate directly, according to the enabled capabilities.

Copilot mode remains useful for inquiries and clarification in everyday work. The choice between modes reflects how you want to guide or delegate the activity.
